The 44-acre CedarSide Technology Park is directly south of the WITC/UWBC campus. Development of the business park will be in conjunction with Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, which owns about 16 acres of the project. The city owns the remainder of the property and recently completed the 1st phase of street construction to access the site.
